Dannielle represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters such as business and shareholder disputes, employment or equity disputes, data breaches and fraud. Dannielle’s practice includes representing clients and companies in business tort or contract disputes, as well as litigation involving separating or severance of executives, officers, partners, or shareholders. Dannielle is an experienced litigator concentrating on complex business disputes, with a unique interest in disputes involving substantive family law or estate law elements. Dannielle has taken cases to trial, arbitration, and mediation – always with an eye towards resolution that is best for her clients. Prior to joining Putterman | Yu | Wang LLP, Dannielle litigated a broad range of cases in California family courts and probate courts. Dannielle is passionate about working closely with her clients to provide thoughtful and effective assistance in a time of need.

Dannielle is also an adjunct professor at UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings) in the Legal Research & Writing and Moot Court department and has coached Moot Court teams at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Dannielle is the president-elect of the Lawyers’ Club of San Francisco Inn of Court. Dannielle is also a member of the California Lawyers Association, San Francisco Bar Association, Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, and California Lawyers for the Arts. She is the former president and sits on the board of the Professional Women’s Network of San Francisco.

Dannielle was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
