Constance Yu concentrates her practice on business tort issues including disputes over complex commercial transactions, banking practices, intellectual property and real property rights, unfair competition, false advertising, and employment matters. Her clients range from individual entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and closely-held family trusts to private and public entities, blue chip companies and multinational corporations. George Chikovani is a commercial trial lawyer representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes. George’s clients include Fortune 50 corporations, mid-size public and private companies, family businesses, and individuals. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation, including jury trials, arbitration hearings, and appeals in both federal and state courts. His practice spans a broad range of industries, including real estate, employment, trade secrets, antitrust, sports law, and technology. George received his first selection as a Super Lawyer in 2024, and was named a Rising Star from 2014 through 2017.
Ellen Liu focuses her practice on business and intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals. Her representative matters have involved contract claims, business torts, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfers, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and shareholder disputes. Dannielle Campbell is an experienced litigator concentrating on complex business disputes, including disputes involving substantive family law or estate law elements. Dannielle has taken cases to trial, arbitration, and mediation – always with an eye towards resolution that is best for her clients. Prior to joining Putterman Yu Wang LLP, Dannielle litigated a broad range of cases in California family courts and probate courts. Dannielle has been named a Rising Star each year since 2023.
